Export of Textiles and Garment Grow 5.3% in June

Statistics of the General Administration of the Customs show that the export of textiles and garment from China amounted to US$ 24.09 billion in June, up 5.3% year-on-year, keeping the same growing pace as that in May, down 8.5 percentage points compared with January-May period. The export of textiles and garment totaled US$ 127.21 billion in January-June period, up 12.1% year-on-year. By June, the export of textiles and garment in 2012 cotton year amounted to US$ 220.18 billion, up 11% year-on-year. Source:China Textile Leader
